Where duplicate accounts are identified, 788jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 788jl account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 788jl is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 788jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 788jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 788jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
788jl may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any point during your membership. KYC requirements may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed required KYC procedures may have deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality restricted until verification is complete.
788jl currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 788jl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum deposit amount on the 788jl Platform is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 788jl reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes for amounts under ₱50,000. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 788jl is not liable for delays caused by third- party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 788jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before processing a withdrawal, 788jl may require you to complete KYC verification if you have not already done so. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

All transactions on the 788jl Platform are subject to monitoring for suspicious activity. 788jl reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. In such cases, 788jl may be required by law to report the transaction to relevant Philippine authorities without notifying you.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All bets placed on the 788jl Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and bet type — before confirming. 788jl will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described in Section 6.3.
Bets may only be placed using funds available in your 788jl account balance. The Platform will not permit bets that exceed your available balance. 788jl does not offer credit facilities of any kind.
788jl reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault; the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules; or 788jl has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of fraudulent or collusive activity. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

Market availability, odds, and in-play betting options are subject to change without notice. 788jl does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event.
788jl applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. 788jl reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout available to any individual member at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 788jl. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, 788jl reserves the right to forfeit your account balance.
You may request closure of your 788jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 788jl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 788jl support. 788jl will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
788jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 788jl will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 788jl Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
